  • Pallet services
  • Refrigerated transport
  • Specialized transport solutions

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by the Company are valid for the period stated or 30 days, whichever is shorter. Prices are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of quotation.

We reserve the right to revise prices if:

  • The actual weight or dimensions differ from those quoted
  • Additional services are required
  • Circumstances beyond our control affect the delivery
  • The delivery address or route changes

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Generally:

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
  • We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new clients
  • Late payment may result in suspension of services
  • Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 8% per annum

6. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the goods to be transported
  • Ensure goods are properly packaged and labeled
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay all charges in accordance with the agreed payment terms
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to delivery requirements

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited and will not be transported:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
  • Hazardous materials without proper documentation
  • Perishable goods without appropriate packaging
  • Items that violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Liability and Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited as follows:

  • We maintain standard transit insurance coverage
  • Clients are advised to arrange additional insurance for valuable items
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or the cost of repair, whichever is lower
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Claims must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery

9. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the estimated timeframes. However:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • If delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact the Client
  • Additional charges may apply for redelivery or storage

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Labor disputes
  • Mechanical failures
  • Traffic accidents or road closures

11. Cancellation

Cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice given
  • No refund for services already commenced
  • We reserve the right to cancel services with reasonable notice

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of XHELO TRANSPORT LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

13. Data Protection
